When you activate, the app registers an anonymous hash of your phone with the key. The same key will not activate on a second phone. To move, use Transfer device in the app once every 30 days, or message support and we reset it.

If the app cannot connect to or scan a supported server and we cannot fix that within 7 days of purchase, yes. Use the free trial first to make sure it fits.
For the rare case the engine reports it cannot fix something safely, you can book a human: we log in with you, fix it, and the cause becomes a new playbook. Agency licenses get a discount.
