Terms and license

Effective 2026-11-15. By installing VPS Medic you agree to these terms.

License

• A license key grants a non-transferable right to use the app on one Android device to manage an unlimited number of servers, for the period of the plan: one month, one year, or perpetually for Lifetime.
• All plans include app, engine and playbook updates at no additional cost while the plan is active, and for as long as VPS Medic is maintained on Lifetime.
• You may move your license to a new device using the in-app transfer (once every 30 days) or by contacting support. Sharing a key, or using one key on several devices in parallel, is not permitted and may result in the key being revoked.
• The free trial grants full functionality for 3 days on one device. One trial per device.

Your responsibilities

• Use the app only on servers you own or are authorised to administer.
• Keep your own backups. VPS Medic takes configuration snapshots before heavier fixes, but it is not a backup product and cannot replace off-server backups of sites and databases.
• Read the plan the app shows before confirming a fix. Level-3 operations change system components and cause downtime; you confirm them knowingly.

What we do not promise

VPS Medic is a diagnostic and repair tool for servers that are, by definition, already in trouble. We build it to diagnose before acting, to prefer the lightest fix, to verify and to roll back, and we fix defects we are told about. We cannot promise that every problem can be repaired automatically, that a repair will never have side effects on an unusual configuration, or that third-party software (CyberPanel, OpenLiteSpeed, the operating system) will behave as documented.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the app is limited to the amount you paid for your license. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost revenue, lost data where no backup existed, or downtime, except where caused by our gross negligence.

Refunds

If the app cannot connect to or scan a supported server and we cannot resolve it within 7 days of your purchase, we refund in full. Otherwise purchases are final; the free trial exists so you can evaluate before buying.

Changes and termination

We may update these terms and the app. Material changes are announced in the changelog. We may revoke keys that are shared, resold or used in breach of these terms.
