Short version: your server credentials never leave your phone, and we collect the minimum needed to run a license.
Effective 2026-11-15. VPS Medic is operated by Dr. S ("we"). This policy covers the VPS Medic Android app and the website vpsmedic.com.
None of this is transmitted to us. Forget server deletes it from the phone.
We do not receive your IP addresses, server addresses, credentials or scan results through this channel.
When a fix cannot be completed, the app can send a diagnosis report to support. The report contains service states, command output and log excerpts from that run. You see it before it is sent, and nothing is sent without your tap. We keep reports only as long as needed to help you and to improve playbooks, after which identifying details are removed.
When you buy a license we keep the email address or WhatsApp number you used, the plan, the date and the key issued, for support, device transfers and tax records. Payment details are handled by the payment provider you chose and are not stored by us.
vpsmedic.com is a static site. We use privacy-respecting analytics that do not set cookies or track you across sites. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts; see Google's privacy policy for that request.
You can ask what we hold about your license and purchase, correct it, or have it deleted (which also ends the license) by contacting [email protected].
If this policy changes materially we will note it in the changelog and in the app.
